Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you require a deposit to book?

​

A deposit equal to 30% of services reserved is due at the time of booking, with the balance due the day of your tour / transfer.

2. What is your cancellation policy?

​

For services that do not include tickets, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Between the date of booking and 31 days prior to your first date of travel a 10% cancel fee will apply.

  • Between 30 to 15 days prior to your first day of travel a 50% cancel fee will apply.

  • Within 14 days of travel, your deposit is non-refundable.

For tours that include tickets, your deposit is non-refundable.

3. What currencies do you accept?

​

We only accept Polish Zlotys.

​

Since your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into your local currency, we suggest you contact them in advance if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversions or fees.

4. Is the duration of the tours and transfers exactly as displayed on your website?

 

The duration of tours and transfers is approximate. The exact duration may vary and will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

5. When is my booking confirmed?

​

Your service will be confirmed only when you receive your booking confirmation with a unique confirmation number.

6. Can I have an invoice for my company?

​

Sure you can, please contact us after the service is completed.

7. Can I change the date of my booking?

​

For tours that include tickets, changing the date is not possible.

 

For services that do not include tickets, changing the date is possible but subject to availability. Please contact us at least 2 days before the scheduled departure.

8. Do you have any luggage restrictions?

​

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 personal item. Oversized or excessive luggage such as skis, snowboards or bikes may have certain restrictions. Please contact us in advance to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

9. Do you provide child safety seats?

​

Yes, infant seats are available at no extra cost if advised at the time of booking. Please provide us with the child's age and approximate weight.

10. Do you charge cleaning fees?

​

In the event of soiling a car that requires the car to be taken out of service for cleaning, you will be charged an average cleaning fee of 300 PLN. This covers the costs of cleaning the car and the time off the road.
